Spencer和Jenny这集节目里一直用到“into”这个词。它的意思是很喜欢、很着迷一件事。如果你爱健身,口语里最好的说法就是“I'm into working out", "I'm into fitness".
谈到健身、健康,“balanced"这个词也很常用,意思就是均衡的、平衡的;
大家要特别注意Diet (形容词dietary)这个词,它可以是减肥的意思。比如“I'm going on a diet", 但是它另外一个意思就是饮食、膳食。 1 F' o2 y5 O, Q$ n9 B

同样是健身、练肌肉,英语里有很多不同的词,来形容不同的身材; v; B6 A5 J: L% ]6 z; M2 m [2 z2 Q8 B$ D( W9 T" J
" ^+ u: n# F1 v1 ^3 { D) R, z# I4 eIf you say someone is fit, they don't have to be muscular, but they look toned at least: 说一个人“fit”, 他不一定要肌肉很大块,但至少看上去身材不错! s: O0 C! Y/ u# R( n2 r
toned and tight: 身材紧致 ' o2 `, A- T; {4 K" SIn essence, they are healthy: 总而言之就是他们很健康' f+ O0 C5 B) F# l4 g" J: W
