小数和分数
t+ F5 M1 _# p, l, k `小于1的数字，最前面的零口语里可以省略，比如0.8就是point eight。
分数的念法和中文是反过来的，比如：
1/5是one fifth; 3/5是three fifth, 1/10是one tenth
另外注意，后缀要加th
