可是英语却要用“love". + G. l2 X5 @' t; D B) k
如果用“I like it", 反而容易造成误解!

"I like it" or "I like it very much" doesn't sound very sincere or enthusiastic: 我喜欢、我非常喜欢在英语里听起来反而有点不真诚、没什么热情 ) B+ D% C- f1 d, |4 L2 S

I don't think I've ever said "我爱你" to my parents: 我好像从来没对我父母说过“我爱你”

My parents don't really say it to me either: 我爸爸妈妈好像也不会跟我说
/ q& M( j! R0 ]But I say "mommy loves you" to my sons all the time: 但是,我倒常用英语跟孩子说“mommy loves you"
. C' `' N; K0 e0 \& [$ e+ {+ WI don't really say it in Chinese though, feels really awkward: 但是我不太用中文跟他们说“妈妈爱你”,也觉得很尴尬 ' {* M4 q3 `+ ^& \
Maybe when it's not your mother tongue, it's easier to say: 有可能不是自己的母语,反而更容易说 * u& Q& ^! i p

不过有些美国人也觉得对家人说"I love you"有点儿别扭 5 h4 }% b4 |2 T5 T" l

说完love, 说hate 中文“恨”是个特别强烈的字,日常很少用。

基本,刚才所有用love的例子,也可以很自然地用hate。

- Traffic is so bad. I hate it! 路真堵,烦死了!

) I3 }9 H* m' N9 [+ k6 a+ X, D所以,hate在口语里,更多是“讨厌”的意思,而不是恨。

To hate a person? 用在人身上呢? Be careful with using "hate" on people: 用在人身上,要特别谨慎

But in general, hate is a very strong word if you use it on people: 不过总的来说,hate用在人身上,语气是很强的 * W# m; [7 [/ v$ d; h
