If you're into fitness, it doesn't mean you're into bodybuilding: 如果你说自己“into fitness”, 这个指的不是喜欢健美

Spencer和Jenny这集节目里一直用到“into”这个词。它的意思是很喜欢、很着迷一件事。如果你爱健身,口语里最好的说法就是“I'm into working out", "I'm into fitness".
谈到健身、健康,“balanced"这个词也很常用,意思就是均衡的、平衡的;
大家要特别注意Diet (形容词dietary)这个词,它可以是减肥的意思。比如“I'm going on a diet", 但是它另外一个意思就是饮食、膳食。 ! @; Z! _3 X, O4 g: y
