怎么用英语叫外卖?

叫外卖,下面两个词一定要记住:

虽然都是外卖,但是take-out和delivery还是有区别的:
- Delivery 是“外送”,有人会给你送货上门。

- If you say "extra", they might not charge you: "Extra"的意思就是多给一点儿,通常不需要加钱

When I order Chinese BBQ pork with rice, I always ask for extra sauce: 我点叉烧饭的时候,都会多要一点汁

You choose the base. You want white rice or brown rice. On the top of that, you can add this or add that: 选一个主食打底,比如白米或者糙米,上面再加别的东西。

美国白领去哪儿吃午饭?
通常他们去一种叫deli的小饭店。这些专做快食,很多也没有堂吃;
- c( g7 B$ c0 j5 t4 e( P" J这类deli早上卖bagel之类的早餐;中午则卖sub、墨西哥卷儿这些午餐;通常还有一个自助吧,各种沙拉、小菜、中餐可以自选。

Deli经济实惠、又特别快,是上班族的大食堂。

& J& T/ x& i2 N$ J3 J/ H7 G" o) IP.S. 纽约的deli从前都是犹太人经营的,但现在主打白领的很多deli都是韩国人经营。

其实不同国家的人占领不同行业在美国也特别明显。比如韩国人统治干洗店、deli、花店。而中国人也有自己的疆土。下次有机会跟大家说说。

各式各样的米粉英语怎么说?

- Guilin rice noodles: 桂林米粉
- rice noodle soup: 汤粉
- fried rice noodles: 炒粉
- cold mix rice noodles 凉拌米粉

不过美国最常见的米粉不是桂林米粉,而是越南米粉Vietnamese pho。

I feel like every city has a Kebab Brothers. Maybe they've become a huge franchise:
